Module 4 Overview

There is a simplicity to selling a residential home you may not appreciate until you have had your first vacation rental purchaser.  This is not to say it’s a difficult task, but there is more complexity in the information you will need to share, and the support you’ll be giving.

In this module, you’ll learn one of the single most important factors in the transaction – the numbers.

Without getting a good grip on how these work it’s difficult to discuss short-term rental potential with an investor with any authority.  Clients will have many questions about income generation; variable and fixed expenses; how to read presented data, and most importantly the overall income potential.
